By placing an order with NuLab Peptides, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and all research-use-only notices posted on our website.

1. Research-Use-Only Product Notice

All NuLab Peptides products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are not for human consumption, not for animal consumption, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, veterinary, food, cosmetic, household, or personal use.
Because NuLab Peptides products are specialized research materials, refund and return eligibility may be limited for safety, quality-control, storage, chain-of-custody, and product-integrity reasons.

2. All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Approved

Due to the specialized nature of research-use-only materials, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

NuLab Peptides does not accept returns or issue refunds simply because:
  • The customer changed their mind
  • The customer ordered the wrong item
  • The customer no longer needs the product
  • The customer misunderstood the research-use-only nature of the product
  • The customer intended to use the product for a prohibited purpose
  • The customer failed to review product details before purchase
  • The product was exposed to improper storage after delivery
  • The package was not retrieved promptly after delivery
  • The product was opened, handled, altered, reconstituted, damaged, or used

Any refund, replacement, credit, or exception is granted at the sole discretion of NuLab Peptides.

3. Order Cancellations

An order may not be eligible for cancellation once it has:
  • Entered fulfillment
  • Been packed
  • Been assigned tracking
  • Been shipped
  • Been prepared for carrier pickup
  • Been reviewed or processed through compliance checks
  • Been processed for payment settlement

If cancellation is approved before fulfillment, NuLab Peptides may issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, depending on the circumstances.

4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact NuLab Peptides immediately. We must here from you within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please include:
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the product label
  • A brief description of the issue
     
Do not discard the product or packaging until NuLab Peptides has reviewed the claim. Carrier claims may require original packaging and photographs.

After review, NuLab Peptides may, at its discretion, offer:
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Carrier claim support
  • No refund, if the claim is not approved

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, contact NuLab Peptides within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NuLab Peptides is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, unauthorized pickup, or failure to retrieve the package.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
  1. Check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, mailroom, receiving department, or neighboring addresses.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery confirmation.
  3. Contact NuLab Peptides with your order number and tracking number.

NuLab Peptides may assist with a carrier investigation where possible, but refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.

7. Packages Delayed in Transit
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier service selected.

NuLab Peptides is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability
  • Compliance review
  • Customs or regulatory review
  • Natural disasters
  • Force majeure events
  • Events outside NuLab Peptides’ reasonable control

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable for carrier delays.

8. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to NuLab Peptides because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, non-pickup, failed delivery attempt, carrier issue, or customer-related delivery problem, NuLab Peptides may, at its discretion:
  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Decline refund due to product-integrity concerns
  • Dispose of the product if return condition cannot be verified

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

9. Product Integrity and Chain of Custody

NuLab Peptides may refuse returns because research materials can be affected by storage, handling, temperature, contamination risk, tampering, or loss of chain-of-custody control.
For safety and quality reasons, NuLab Peptides generally cannot accept returned products once they have left our control, especially if they have been:
  • Opened
  • Used
  • Reconstituted
  • Altered
  • Stored improperly
  • Exposed to unknown conditions
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Removed from original packaging
  • Returned without authorization

10. Temperature, Storage, and Handling Issues

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages after delivery and storing products according to product documentation, label instructions, COA information, or website guidance.
NuLab Peptides is not responsible for product degradation, appearance changes, or quality concerns caused by:
  • Failure to retrieve package promptly
  • Leaving package outdoors after delivery
  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to heat, moisture, sunlight, or freezing conditions after delivery
  • Improper handling
  • Unauthorized use
  • Prohibited use
  • Failure to follow storage recommendations

11. Third-Party Testing and COA Concerns

NuLab Peptides may provide third-party testing information, Certificates of Analysis, QR-code documentation, HPLC/UV/MS testing references, or other quality documentation for applicable products.
If you believe there is a documentation issue with a product, contact

  • Lot or batch number
  • Copy or screenshot of the documentation issue
  • Description of the concern

NuLab Peptides will review the concern and may provide updated documentation, clarification, replacement, credit, or another resolution where appropriate.
Third-party testing documentation does not mean a product is approved for human or animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any use outside research purposes.

12. Non-Refundable Items and Fees

The following are generally non-refundable:
  • Shipping fees
  • Expedited shipping fees
  • Route protection or package protection fees, if applicable
  • Payment processing fees, where applicable
  • International duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs fees
